Manchester City have just confirmed the signing of Inter Milan striker Mario Balotelli, negotiations have been going on all week to sign the Italian forward and City have their man at last. Mario join a host of stars to sign for the Eastlands so far, with Balotelli signing for 24 million pounds on a five year deal."With Balotelli we will improve the squad. I am very happy," said Manchester City manager Roberto Mancini.
"We chose Balotelli because he is young. I will speak with him in the coming days. He is an investment that is a guarantee.
"He is still 20-years-old and his behaviour is of a 20-year-old guy. He still has to grow, just like anyone at his age."
